Another Increase In Vacuum Hardening Capacity

A second Thermatec Vacuum furnace has been purchased to further increase Metaltech’s capacity in Vacuum heat treatment. This furnace is capable of operating temperature up to 1350oC and achieving 10-4mbar and is now online.
The Consarc and Degussa are also commissioned and online taking the total number of vacuum furnaces to 4, we are currently upgrading all our vacuum furnaces to the AMS2750D Pyrometry standard.
