Ipsen TPQ7 Furnace

Delivery of the Ipsen TPQ7 sealed quench furnace

As part of our continuous investment in controlled atmosphere heat treatment Metaltech have recently purchased an Ipsen TPQ7 sealed quench furnace bringing the total number of furnaces of this type to six.

As well as complementing our existing carburising and carbonitriding capabilities the furnace also has a fully integrated nitrocarburising facility enabling both ferritic and austenitic treatments to be conducted.

It is anticipated that this furnace will be brought on line during October 05
